Žbogar alerts to increasing breaches of children's rights

New York, 26 June - The latest report by UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres found a record number of breaches of children's rights, said Slovenia's representative on the UN Security Council Samuel Žbogar at the annual open discussion by the UN Security Council on children in armed conflicts. Schools and hospitals have to be protected from attacks, he said.
