Six months into doctors' strike agreement seems illusive
Ljubljana, 15 July - Monday marks six months since the Fides trade union of doctors and dentists launched a nation-wide strike, demanding higher pay for older doctors after the salaries of their younger colleagues had been increased last year. Negotiations between the union and the government are ongoing but they have decided not to talk about them publicly.
