Zorn and GIC Gradnje publish takeover bid for savings bank

Ljubljana, 10 August - Businessman Otmar Zorn and the companies Zorn Plus and GIC Gradnje published a takeover bid for Hranilnica Lon, a small savings bank, in the Saturday edition of the newspaper Delo. They offered to pay EUR 75 per share. The bid is on until 8 October.
