Nuclear expansion referendum likely to shape autumn politics
Ljubljana, 26 August - Slovenia's political situation in autumn will in no small part be shaped by the referendum on the construction of a second reactor of the Krško Nuclear Power Plant, which is expected in November. The project enjoys broad political support, but environmentalists are staunchly opposed and some civil society groups are concerned about the cost.
