Opinions divided on TEŠ financial situation and emergency bill

Šoštanj/Ljubljana/Velenje, 3 September - After the Energy Ministry announced on Tuesday it was drafting an emergency bill to keep the Šoštanj Thermal Power Plant (TEŠ) and Velenje coal mine from receivership, the national power utility HSE welcomed the statement, while the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS) said it would make Slovenia more dependant on energy import.
