Ljubljana, 21 September - The newspaper Večer suggests transforming the state-owned energy holding HSE in a commentary on Saturday, suggesting that the Maribor-based hydropower plants operator (DEM) as the most profitable division should take over power generation to invest money now spent on the thermal division into renewables.
