Green party challenges Krško 2 referendum at top court

Ljubljana, 16 October - The non-parliamentary green party Vesna has submitted a petition for a constitutional review of the decision to hold a referendum on a second reactor at the Krško nuclear power station. Arguing that the referendum question is misleading, the party also asked the top court to stay the referendum procedures pending final decision.
