Another constitutional challenge to nuclear referendum

Ljubljana, 18 October - Two non-governmental organisations and two individuals have petitioned the Constitutional Court to review parliament's decision to hold a referendum on a second unit at the Krško nuclear power station, arguing the referendum question is suggestive and unclear. This is the second such challenge after the one initiated by the green party Vesna.
