Ex Trimo boss gets suspended prison sentence for abuse of office during MBO

Ljubljana, 17 December - The Ljubljana District Court has convicted Tatjana Fink, the former long-serving chairwoman of prefabricated construction materials company Trimo Trebnje, of abuse of office, sentencing her to a suspended prison term of 18 months, the Necenzurirano news portal reported on Tuesday. Fink was accused of causing over EUR 4.1 million in damage to Trimo.
