Ljubljana court sees ECHR ruling in child custody case as contribution to children's rights

Ljubljana, 23 December - The Ljubljana District Court sees the ruling of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) which says that prohibiting contact between three children and their mother in a Slovenian custody and contact rights case in 2018 was unjustified as a contribution to better protection of children's rights.
