New call planned as consensus on new ombudsman remains elusive

Ljubljana, 13 March - President Nataša Pirc Musar has decided to issue a new call for applications for human rights ombudsman after four rounds of talks with parliamentary parties over two months have failed to produce the required two-thirds majority.
