Regional Partnership Calls for Agreement on EU Constitution

Brussels, 22 March - Foreign ministers of Austria, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary - the countries making up the Regional Partnership - have called for a prompt conclusion of talks on the European constitutional treaty as they met for an informal meeting in Brussels on Monday.
