Ljubljana, 19 April - Franci But, the outgoing agriculture minister, will top the list of candidates of the People's Party (SLS) at the June elections to the European Parliament, the executive committee of the SLS decided on Monday. The seven-member list is set to receive final approval by the party's council on Thursday.
