Candidates for European Elections Hold First Televised Debate

Ljubljana, 21 May - The national broadcaster hosted on Thursday the first debate of candidates from 13 lists registered for the European Parliament elections. The candidates, most of them topping their parties' slates, were asked to reveal how they plan to defend Slovenian interests in the 732-member parliament, where the country will have seven seats.
