Ljubljana, 14 June - The turnout at Sunday's European Parliament elections in Slovenia stood at 28.25 percent, according to the latest preliminary results published on Monday by the National Electoral Commission (RVK), which confirmed the victory of the opposition New Slovenia (NSi) with 23.48 percent of the vote.
