Culture Minister Announces Her Bid for Parliament

Celje, 17 July - Culture Minister Andreja Rihter told the press on Saturday that she would stand for a seat in parliament on the slate of the United List (ZLSD). Rihter, who upon assuming ministerial office in 2000 promised to do a good job for 8,000 Slovenian artists, highlighted as one of her major achievements the foundation of the Culture Council.
