Median Poll: LDS Increasing Lead Over SDS, Rest of Field

Ljubljana, 9 September - The latest Mediana poll shows the senior ruling Liberal Democracy (LDS) increasing its lead over its nearest challenger, the opposition Slovenian Democrats (SDS). The LDS saw its support climb to 24.9 percent compared to 23 percent from a week earlier. The SDS, meanwhile, was backed by 16.9 percent of the respondents, down 1.1 percentage points on last week.
