Vecer Ponders about Election "Winner's Snag"

Maribor, 7 October - One of the national papers suggests on Thursday that the election outcome has once again highlighted a fault in Slovenia's constitutional system. One million people turned out and the result is a hung parliament with no party being in a position to take control.
