Ballots from Abroad Fail to Tip Balance in New Parliament

Ljubljana, 9 October - Ballots from abroad will not change the allocation of seats in Slovenia's new parliament after the 3 October general election. This seems certain after the National Electoral Commission has counted most of the ballots that came in from abroad.
