Undersecretary Burns to Step in for Rice in Ljubljana

Washington, 30 November - Nicolas Burns, the US undersecretary of state, will head the American delegation at the OSCE ministerial meeting in Ljubljana on 5 and 6 December, the US State Department said on Tuesday. Burns will start his three-day visit to Slovenia on 4 December.
