Finley: US Wants Istanbul Commitments in OSCE Declaration

Vienna, 2 December - The US is going to insist that the commitments Russia made regarding the pullout of its troops from Georgia and Moldova be included in the ministerial declaration of the OSCE ministerial meeting in Ljubljana, a US diplomat has told the STA.
