Russia Expects Reform Decision at OSCE Ministerial, Lavrov Says

Ljubljana, 3 December - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said that his country expects that the upcoming OSCE ministerial meeting in Ljubljana will produce a decision on the launch of concrete reforms of the organisation and a solid plan of operations for next year.
