Rupel Urges Uzbekistan to Allow OSCE Monitors at Andijan Trials

Ljubljana, 2 December - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chair, called on the Uzbekistan authorities to allow international observers at the trials in connection with the violent events in Andijan in May 2005, the Foreign Ministry said on Friday.
