Negotiators Walking Tightrope Ahead of OSCE Ministerial

Ljubljana, 4 December - With less than a day left before the launch of the OSCE ministerial meeting in Ljubljana, the committee in charge of drafting declarations for the ministerial is working overtime on harmonising the documents that are to be put up for adoption at the meeting.
