Rupel: Declaration in Jeopardy Due to Istanbul Pledges Debate

Ljubljana, 4 December - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel has said that differences over how the commitments from the 1999 OSCE summit in Istanbul should be incorporated in the ministerial declaration of the OSCE ministerial meeting mean that there is a danger the document may not be adopted for the third straight year.
