Ferrero-Waldner Pleased with Start of OSCE Reform

Ljubljana, 5 December - Benita Ferrero-Waldner, the European commissioner for external relations, has welcomed the fact that the OSCE reform has at least taken off. "Now the next presidency will have to go on," she told the press at the OSCE ministerial in Ljubljana on Monday.
