Rupel: Ljubljana Decisions Will Charter Future OSCE Course

Ljubljana, 5 December - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman, said in his address to the OSCE ministerial on Monday that decisions taken in Ljubljana would "chart a course for the next decade. They will sharpen the OSCE's focus and increase its capabilities in areas where it has added value."
