9:30 AM - Third plenary session of the 13th OSCE ministerial begins; followed by the adoption of the ministerial's conclusions and the official closing ceremony.
1:30 PM - A press conference by the OSCE troika - the foreign ministers of Slovenia, Bulgaria and Belgium. (STA)
