Reform Needed to Get OSCE Back on Track, Russian FM Says

Ljubljana, 5 December - The OSCE needs to be put back on track so that it can answer its calling, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has told the OSCE ministerial meeting in Ljubljana. According to him, this will require a "sober assessment" of its activities as well reform.
