Serbia-Montenegro FM: Statement on Kosovo Won't Be Adopted

Ljubljana, 5 December - A statement on Kosovo will not be adopted at the OSCE ministerial meeting in Ljubljana because consensus cannot be reached on the document, Foreign Minister of Serbia-Montenegro Vuk Draskovic has said.
