OSCE: Top-Level Meeting to Discuss Ministerial Declaration

Ljubljana, 5 December - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman, is expected to host a top-level meeting at 6 PM to try and achieve a breakthrough on the OSCE ministerial declaration and the road-map for reform, STA has learnt from the Slovenian delegation to the OSCE ministerial.
