Perception of Racism Has Changed, Panel Concludes

Ljubljana, 5 December - The public awareness of racism and xenophobia has undergone dramatic changes in the new millennium, notably in the aftermath of the 11 September 2001 attacks, OSCE Chairman's Personal Representative on Combating Racism, Xenophobia and Discrimination Anastasia Crickley said during a Monday panel hosted by the Ljubljana-based Institute for Ethnic Studies.
