Daily Sees OSCE as Part of EU Drive Towards Central Asia

Ljubljana, 6 December - As the EU now borders on the Black Sea, Central Asia has become Europe's new neighbourhood. Therefore Europe needs both a tool and a strategy for extending its influence in the region, with the OSCE as the tool, but no strategy in sight, the Delo daily writes on Tuesday.
