OSCE: Talks on Final Documents Still Underway

Ljubljana, 6 December - The OSCE preparatory committee was in session until midnight yesterday trying to reach a consensus on the wording of the blueprint for OSCE reform that the ministers are expected to adopt at the Ljubljana ministerial on Tuesday. The negotiators have made some progress, STA has learnt from diplomatic sources.
