Burns: Declaration Could Be Passed if It Includes Commitment on Moldova

Ljubljana, 6 December - US Undersecretary of State Nicholas Burns has told journalists on the margins of the OSCE ministerial that negotiations on the ministerial declaration were still going on, with Istanbul commitments still topping the agenda.
