OSCE Ministerial Ends without Ministerial Declaration

Ljubljana, 6 December - The OSCE ministerial council did not adopt a ministerial declaration on Tuesday. Instead, OSCE chair Dimitrij Rupel just circulated the chairman's statement, which is not politically binding.
