PM Says Accord on Climate Package Possible by Spring 2009

Ljubljana, 24 January - Prime Minister Janez Jansa on Thursday welcomed the EU's draft climate change package and expressed the belief that given appropriate commitment by all stakeholders, a final agreement on what is one of the top priorities of the Slovenian EU presidency could be reached by the spring of 2009.
