Competition Watchdog Halts Inquiry against Mercator Owners

Ljubljana, 12 February - The Competition Protection Office (CPO) has halted proceedings against major shareholders of retailer Mercator, who were suspected of having gained control of the company without publishing a takeover bid, one of the owners, beverage group Pivovarna Lasko, said on Tuesday.
