Delo: Court Denies Jankovic Promised Stake in Mercator

Koper, 26 April - The Koper district court has ruled that former Mercator CEO Zoran Jankovic is not entitled to a third of the shares acquired in the retailer by brewer Pivovarna Lasko and holding Istrabenz, daily Delo reports on Saturday. Jankovic claimed the shares had been promised to him in a deal signed with the CEO's of the two companies.
