Constitutional Court Rejects Claim over Empty Ballots

Ljubljana, 20 May - The Constitutional Court rejected on Monday a claim by Elena Pecaric, who came in sixth in the first round of the October presidential election. She challenged the act on general election over ballots sent abroad which did not contain the names of the candidates.
