A Quarter of Mercator Sold to Austrian Holding
Maribor, 5 June - Financial firm Infond holding has sold a 23% stake in retailer Mercator to Austrian Raishop Holding, a subsidiary of investment firm Raiffeisen Investment, for an estimated EUR 260m. The deal is awaiting approval by the Competition Protection Office, Infond holding said in a short statement Thursday.
