Fmr. Prosecutor Files Complaint Against Police and Prosecution
Ljubljana, 20 September - Former prosecutor Bostjan Penko has filed a criminal complaint against the police officers and prosecutors involved in the arrest of him and construction company boss Ivan Zidar two months ago, Dnevnik reports on Saturday. The police has meanwhile still not filed charges against Penko, which runs counter to its announcement after the arrest.
