Austrian Firm Walks Away from Contract to Buy 23% of Mercator

Maribor, 27 November - Raishop Holding, a subsidiary of Austrian investment firm Raiffeisen Investments, has walked out of a contract to buy 23% of Slovenian retailer Mercator from financial firm Infond Holding, citing changed circumstances since the signing of the contract, Infond Holding said Thursday.
