Infond and Lasko also in Grip of Securities Market Agency

Ljubljana, 29 July - The Securities Market Agency informed on Tuesday beverage group Pivovarna Lasko and its largest single owner, financial firm Infond Holding, that a procedure has been launched against them for their failure to publish a takeover bid for Mercator. The agency believes the two control more than 48% of the retailer.
