Govt Amends Penal Code To Avoid Confusion About Minors
Ljubljana, 2 April - The government has responded to fears that the 2008 overhaul of the penal code has created a legal void which allows for the interpretation that minors cannot be held criminally accountable. An amendment adopted on Thursday restores provisions in place in this field before the changes.
