Human Rights Court Upholds Verdict Against Slovenia
Strasbourg, 9 April - The Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights has upheld the 2007 ruling in favour of a Slovenian couple who claim that the Slovenian judicial system had failed to establish liability for the death of their son in 1993.
