NLB Selling Stakes in Mercator and Pivovarna Lasko
Ljubljana, 19 June - Slovenia's top bank, NLB, announced on Friday an auction for a 23.51% stake in beverage group Pivovarna Lasko and a 10.75% stake in retailer Mercator, which it seized as collateral for an EUR 130m loan the bank gave to financial firm Infond Holding. Bids are expected by 10 July.
