NLB Bank Sells Seized Mercator, Lasko Stakes

Ljubljana, 5 August - The NLB bank on Wednesday sold the shares in beverage company Pivovarna Lasko and retailer Mercator it had seized from the financial holding controlling Pivovarna Lasko after Infond Holding failed to repay EUR 130m in loans to the bank by mid-June.
