Slovenian, Croatian FMs Resume Border Talks
Brussels, 2 October - Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar was upbeat in Brussels on Friday as he entered three-party talks on the Slovenian-Croatian border dispute. Asked whether he expected an agreement on arbitration in the dispute to be initialled today, he said he was ready for anything.
