Brussels, 2 October - After concluding a fresh round of EU-sponsored talks on the Slovenian-Croatian border dispute in Brussels on Friday, Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar said that an agreement on arbitration required an additional technical meeting which would determine the timeline.
